Gordon Hill BHK, CAT(C) Certified Athletic Therapist Conditioning Specialist
Gordon is a highly skilled and certified Athletic Therapist with extensive experience in assessments, rehabilitation, and management of musculoskeletal injuries in both clinical and on-field settings. He specializes in working with high-performance athletes, including national-level basketball players, varsity sports teams, and professional football athletes, as well as general population patients. Gordon is also a Certified First Responder with abundant experience in sideline injury assessments and field management. He is currently pursuing his Registered Massage Therapy degree at Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.
In his spare time, Gordon works with the York Simcoe Express AAA Hockey team, providing sideline injury management and communicating return-to-play decisions. He has also worked with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and George Brown College, where he supported athletes with injury assessments, rehabilitation, and injury prevention programs.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. He is certified by the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) and the Canadian Red Cross as a First Responder, and has additional certifications in advanced soft tissue techniques, such as cupping.
With a strong commitment to patient care, Gordon is known for his excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. His dedication to continuous learning and passion for sports therapy ensure that he provides the highest level of care to our patients, including those athletes who are on the ice, fields and courts etc.
